The first meeting of the port authority would normally occur on �he first
Tuesday. This year that meeting date conflicts with local electlons and by
Minnesota statute cannot be held.
The port authority should reschedule.

meeting at 5 : 15 p.m. on Wednesday, November 30 1993 . �
