It was stated therein that the offer would remain open for 90 days. Please be advised, that Olga Strese has rejected the offer by the Port Authority, as it is her belief that the offered price is far below the market value. I have enclosed a detailed summary of legal fees incurred by Olga Strese in connection with the condemnation matter which was dismissed by the Port Authority. Please remit the sum designated therein ta our offices by check made payable to Olga Strese and myself. Finaily, Mr. David Strese will be submitting a separate invoice for the time he spent locating suitable alternative locations for his ice business, which was subject to relocation assistance.
