Dear John:
Because the Authority abandoned the condemnation action, the Streses' are
entitled to reimbursement for reasonable attorney`s fees and expenses. The
itemization which is enclosed appears justifiable. I recommend that the Authority issue
a check to Mrs. Strese and to Mr. Dougherty as joint payees for the requested
amount.

Re: Rosemount Port Authority: Strese Property

Dear Mr. Fabel:
As you may recall, in your letter of February 16, 1993 , you had made
an offer on behalf of the Port Authority to purchase my client's
property. It was stated therein that the offer would remain open for
90 days. Please be advised, that Olga Strese has rejected the offer
by the Port Authority, as it is her belief that the offered price is
far below the market value.
I have enclosed a detailed summary of legal fees incurred by Olga
Strese in connection with the condemnation matter which was dismissed
by the Port Authority. Please remit the sum designated therein ta our
offices by check made payable to Olga Strese and myself.
Finaily, Mr. David Strese will be submitting a separate invoice for
the time he spent locating suitable alternative locations for his ice
business, which was subject to relocation assistance. When that
information is available, I will immediately forward it on to you.
