Vanney and Associates has prepared cost estimates for rehabilitation of the
011ie Nordvik property for use by Repairs, Inc. The work included a
structural engineer's study of the roof for commercial building compliance.
Vanney next met with Arlyn Cope and developed an interior plan acceptable
to Mr. Cope and his tenant. Cost estimates of the building improvements
were then determined. This information is needed by the Port Authority and
Mr. Cope in determining the feasibility of a Repairs, Inc. move.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to approve payment of invoices as submitted.
