Fricke for 6 month period.
c. Storm Water Utility- Public Hearing will be held on 1-21-92.
d. Port Authority - Discussion held regarding non-resident business owners
as members of the city's Port Authority and other commissions and
committees. Council agreed to discuss this issue in 90 days.
