r CITY OF ROSEMOUNT EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FOR ACTION CITY COUNCIL MEETING ATE: October 6, 1992 AGENDA ITEM: Shannon Hills PUD Amendment AGENDA SECTION; SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT ADDENDUM II, SHANNON HILLS ADDITION. NEW BUSINESS PREPARED BY: Lisa Direc Freese Planning# AGENDAFM 6C or of ATTACMUMS: Resolu ion; PUD Addendum II; APPROVED BY: Revised Phasing Plan; Old Phasing Plan. Mr. Steve Fiterman, President of Ground Development, Inc. and developer of the Shannon Hilts Planned Unit Development (PUD), is requesting approval of an addendum to the PUD Agreement that will revise the phasing, plan of thB development. This new phasing plan was a required condition for the ipproval of the Shannon Hills Fourth Addition, approved earlier t is summer by the City Council. Of the 189 lots in the total PUD, 71 will be platted during these last two phases There will be 40 lots in Phase Five and 31 hots in Phase Six. The; original PUD and Master>Subdivision Development Agreement was executed on August 29, 1989. The -first addendum, executed in 1990, revised the phasing plan and park dedication requirements. The revised phasin plan is similar to the 1990 revision tothephasing' plan, with the exception that a -sixth phase has been added and the size of the phases have been reduced.` The Planning Commission reviewed this revised phasing plan at their" September 22, 1992 Regular Meeting and recommended approval. RECOMMENDED ACTION: A MOTION to adopt A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT ADDENDUM II, SHANNON HILLS ADDITION. COUNCIL ACTION;, 10-06-92.003 CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 1992- A RESOLUTION GIVING APPROVAL TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT ADDENDUM II SHANNON HILLS ADDITION WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount has received a revision to the Shannon Hills Planned Unit Development Plan (PUD), known as Shannon Hills P Addendum II; and WHEREAS, the Shannon Hills PUD Addendum II changes the phasing plan of the Shannon Hills PUD; and WHEREAS, on September 22, 1992, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemo nt reviewed and recommended approval of Shannon Hills PUD Adde dum II. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Rosemount here y approves Addendum II of the Shannon Hills Planned Unit D velopment Plan. NOW, THEREFORE,I BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Rosemo nt authorizes the execution of Planned Unit Development an Subdivision Agreement Addendum II Shannon Hills Addition.
