Certain Legal Fees for ongoing litigation matters were ap rod by Council
at the November 17, 1992 City Council Meeting through the approval of ,the
Council Consent Agenda.
Mayor McMenomy has requested that the payment of these beiheld by the City
because of concerns over proper representation of the City in this matter.
Mayor McMenomy will present his position on the matter.
