Mayor McMenomy has been in receipt of a letter from the B oback family
regarding the condemnification of property for the Shannon Ponds.
With the receipt of this letter the Mayor has concerns about the quality of
the City's position on this matter.
In that -light, he has asked that this matter be discussed by the Council
and requests that the Council consider getting a record opinion on the
City's position as it relates to the appropriatness of "p blic purpose."
