Attached is a resolution appointing election judges for the State Primary
Election on September 15, 1992. State election law requires Council
appointment of election judges.
Included in this resolution is the affirmation of the precinct polling
places. As you know an additional precinct has been added along with
boundary changes and two new polling places.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to adopt the RESOLUTION AFFIRMING PRECINCT POLLING PLACES AND
APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE STATE PRIMARY.

RESOLUTION 1992 -
A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING PRECINCT POLLING PLACES
AND
APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES
FOR THE STATE PRIMARY ELECTION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has been
notified there will be a State Primary Election on September 15,
1992.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Polling Place for Precinct
I will be at Shannon Park Elementary School, 13501 Shannon
Parkway; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Polling Place for Precinct II
will be St. John's Lutheran Church, Fellowship Hall, 3285 144th
Street West; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Polling Place for Precinct III
will be the United Methodist Church, 14770 Canada Avenue; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Polling Place for Precinct IV
will be the Narthex at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 14980
Diamond Path West; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Polling Place for Precinct V
will be the meeting rooms of the Rosemount Senior Citizen's
Center, 2900 145th Street West; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the people listed below under the
Precinct headings are registered qualified voters in Dakota
County as required and are hereby appointed to serve as election
judges in that precinct for the State Primary elections on
September 15, 1992.
