The city has had an ongoing hardware maintenance agreement with Business
Records Corporation since 1989. This agreement provides yearly
preventative maintenance and replacement of parts for the 'six Optech III -P
election precinct counters the city owns.
The current agreement expired on July 1, 1992
This is a request for approval to enter into an agreement for the city's
election equipment from July 1, 1992 through December 31, 1993 The total
cost for this maintenance agreement is $1,942.98.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE THE HARDWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WITH BUSINESS RECORDS CORPORATION AND TO EXPEND $1,942.98 FROM ACCOUNT
