The Minnesota Parks & Recreation Association is conducting their
1992 State Convention on the dates of November 18, 19, & 20. It
will be held at the Radisson Hotel Centerplace - Mayo Civic Center
in Rochester.
I am requesting authorization for Lisa Jost, the Assistant
Director of Parks & Recreation, to attend for these three dates.
This authorization includes all fees for the convention including
hotel room for the nights of November 18th and 19th. The'total
cost for this is $ 165.00 for convention and meals, $ 15.00 for
continuing ed cation credits, and $ 125.00 for hotel room. The
total cost fo Lisa Jost is $ 305.00. (This is with use of a city
vehicle
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the Assistant Director of Parks &
Recreation, Lisa Jost, to attend the MRPA State Convention in
Rochester Ki nesota on the dates of November 18, 19, & 20, 1992.
The funding for attending this convention is from account # 101
45100 - 01 - 207 in the amount of $ 305.00.
