Dakota County 40 & 8, Voiture 1457 has submitted an application to sell
beer at their annual chicken barbecue held during Leprechaun Days. The
temporary beer license would be for July '25 26, 1992, at the American
Legion.
The applicant has paid the $30 application fee.
It is my recommendation that Council approve the temporary on-sale beer
license subject to the City receiving a Certificate of Insurance for the
liquor liability insurance.
Police Chief Knutsen has reviewed this application, and he indicated he
sees no reason why this application
should
be denie
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to approve an on -sale non -intoxicating liquor license for
Dakota County 40 & 8, Voiture 1457, for July 25 - 26, 1992, subject
to the City receiving proof of appropriate liquor liability insurance.
