To enable us to have the opportunity to discuss the proposed assessment
policy in depth I am requesting that we hold a special council meeting for
that purpose.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to set a special council meeting for March 10, 1992 at 6:30 pm
for the purpose of discussing the proposed assessment policy.
