I am seeking Council's approval to authorize Short -Elliott -Hendrickson
(SEH) to proceed with the preparation of detailed engineering plans
and spec's for the public improvements within West Ridge 4th Addition.
The fees for their engineering services are on a percentage basis of
the total project cost. Those charges will become part of the project
costs and will be paid by the developer as part of the assessed costs.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to adopt a resolution ordering plans and
specifications for West Ridge 4th Addition Street & Utility Improvements
Project 223.

RESOLUTION 1992 -
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
WEST RIDGE 4TH ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #223
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount by a unanimous vote ordered a
feasibility report for West Ridge 4th Addition Street and Utility Improvements, City Project
#223; and
WHEREAS, the developer, Rosemount Development Company, has submitted a written
request for the City Council to order the plans and specifications for City Project #223;
and
WHEREAS, the developer, Rosemount Development Company, has indicated in writing
they will be responsible for all costs incurred for preparation of the plans and
specifications for City Project #223.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount
orders the plans and specifications for the improvements of the West Ridge 4th Addition
Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #223.
ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 1992.
