I am seeking Council's approval to authorize OSM Engineering to
proceed with the preparation of detailed engineering plans and spec's
for the public improvements within Shannon Hills 3rd Addition.
The fees for their engineering services are on a percentage basis of
the total project cost. Those charges will become part of the project
costs and will be paid by the developer as part of the assessed costs.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to adopt a resolution ordering plans and
specifications for Shannon Hills 3rd Addition Street and Utility
Improvements, Project 225.

RESOLUTION 1992
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
SHANNON HILLS 3RD ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #225
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount by a unanimous vote ordered a
feasibility report for Shannon Hills 3rd Addition Street and Utility Improvements, City
Project #225; and
WHEREAS, the developer, Ground Properties, Inc., has submitted a written request for
the City Council to order the plans and specifications for City Project #225; and
WHEREAS, the developer, Ground Properties, Inc., has indicated in writing they will be
responsible for all costs incurred for preparation of the plans and specifications for City
Project #225.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount
orders the plans and specifications for the improvements of the Shannon Hills 3rd Addition
Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #225.
ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 1992.
