The project consists of the installation of sanitary newer improvements. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive questions and comments regarding this project from the general public, and for Council to publicly approve the project to proceed. A legal notice of the hearing has been published as required by law and -affected 'property owners have been sent notices As previously discussed between Staff and Council, this project is approximately 6% assessable per the feasibility report. The entire project cost will be born by assessments, sanitary sewer core funds and the Armory fund. The Utility Commission has reviewed this project and has moved recommending approva of the project to Council.< Dave Simons, P.'E<, f om SEH Engineering will present a brief overview and, along with Staff, be available for questions. Staff recommends to have plans and sp cifications prepared, to receive bids on the project, but to hold the award of the project until the Armory building itself has been awarded, which is estimated to be approximately Septetoer 30, 1992. COUNCIL ACTION; CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 1992 - A RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF ARMORY SITE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT #236 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount by a unanimous vote ordered a feasibility report for the Armory Site Sanitary Sewer Improvements, City Project #236; and WHEREAS, the City Council Bias received and accepted the feasibility report on June 16, 1992 on City Project #2$6; and WHEREAS, the City Council ordered and held a public hearing to receive input on the project. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby orders the improvements of the Armory Site Sanitary Sewer Improvements, City Project #236.
