Resolutions APP VED Y: This item is a Public! Hearing for the public improvements for the Armory Site Watermain Improvements. The project consists of the installation of watermain improvements. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive questions and comments regarding this project from the; general public, and for Council to publicly approve the project to proceed. A legal notice of the hearing has been published as required by law and, affected property owners have been sent notices. As previously discussed between Staff and Council, this project is approximately 50t assessable per the feasibility report The entire project cost will be born by assessments, watermain core funds and the Armory: The Utility Commission has reviewed this project and has moved recommending approval. of the project to Council. Brian Bourassa, P.E. from OSM Engineering will present a brief overview and along with Staff be available for questions Staff recomends to have the plans and specifications prepared, to receive bids on the project, but to hold the award of the project until the Armory building itself has been awarded, which is estimated to be approximately September 30, 1992.
