I am a United States Citizen and the duly qualified Clerk of the City of Rosemount,
Minnesota.
On July 8, 1992, acting on behalf of the said City, I posted at the City Hall, 2875
145th Street West, and deposited in the United States Post Office of Rosemount,
Minnesota, copies of the attached notice of .public hearing regarding Section 31,
Trunk Sanitary Sewer Facilities, Project #233, enclosed in sealed envelopes, with
postage thereon fully prepaid, addressed to the persons listed on the attached listings
at the addresses listed with their names.
There is delivery service by' United States Mail between the place of mailing and the
places so addressed.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
SECTION 31 TRUNK SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 233
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount,
Minnesota will meet at 8:00 o'clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, Tuesday,
July 21, 1992, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West,
to consider the following improvements:
Project #233' - Section 31 Trunk Sanitary Sewer Facilities
The nature of improvements shall include the construction of sanitary sewer facilities
and restoration as required.
The total estimated cost of said improvements is $426,000.
The total assessment cost of said improvement is $83,000.
The area proposed to be assessed for the foregoing improvements would generally
be all that area generally described as Parcel Identification Number #34-03110-010-
91, part of SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 115, Range 19, Rosemount,
Minnesota recorded in the office of Dakota County, Minnesota.
Such person(s) as desires to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements
will be heard at this meeting. Written or oral opinion will be considered.

This item is a;Public Hearing for the public improvements for Section
31, Trunk Sanitary Sewer Facilities. The project consists of the
installation of rl e1w sanitary sewer facilities.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive questions and comments
regarding this p0ject from the general public, and for Council to
publicly approve 'It e project and to proceed with plans and
specifications.

A legal notice of he hearing has been publishedasrequired by law
and affected property owners have been sent notices.
As previously dioc ssed between Staff and Council, this project is
approximately 15 ssessable. 'The entire project cost will be born by
assessments and sanitary sewer core fund.,
The Utility Commission has reviewed this project and has moved
recommending approval of the project to Council.
Dave Simons, PES, from SEH Engineering will present a brief overview
and along with Staff, be available for questions. Staff recommends to
have the plans arid specifications prepared, to receive the bids on the
project, but to hold the award of the project until the major
Comprehensive Guide Plan amendment for Section 31 has been approved by
Met Council later this fall.

A RESOLUTION 6RDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
SECTION 31 TRUNK SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES
CITY PROJECT #233
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount by a unanimous vote ordered
a feasibility report Section, 31 Trunk Sanitary Sewer Facilities, City Project #233;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and accepted the feasibility report on City
Project #233; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount
orders the plans and specifications for the improvements of the Section 31 Trunk
Sanitary Sewer Facilities, City Project #233.
ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1992.
