The project consists of the installation of new utilities and street construction: - The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive questions and comments regarding this project from the general public, and for Council to publicly approve thE project and to proceed with plans and specifications. A legal notice of the hearing has been published as required by law and affected property owners have been sent notices. As previously discussed between Staff and Council, this project is 100% assessable. The entire project cost will be born by the developer, Ground Development Corporation. The Utility Commission has reviewed this project and has moved recommending -approval of the project to Council. Brian Bourassa, P.E , from OSM Engineering will present a brief overview and along with Staff, be available for questions`. Staff recommends approval and preparation of plans and specifications. COUNCIL ACTION: l CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 1992 - A RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF SHANNON HILLS 4TH ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT #234 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount by a unanimous vote ordered a feasibility report for Shannon Hills 4th Addition Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #234; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and accepted the feasibility report on July 7, 1992 on City Project#234; and WHEREAS, the City Council ordered and'held a public hearing to receive input on the project. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby orders the improvements of Shannon Hills 4th Addition Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #234. WHEREAS, the developer, Ground Properties, Inc., has indicated in writing they will be responsible for all costs incurred for preparation of the plans and specifications for City Project #234. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount orders the plans and specifications for the improvements of the Shannon Hills 4th Addition Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #234.
