NOTE: Presented on May 15, 1992 for council action a d approved.
Tournament directos who sell beer as a part of the concession
sales are required to purchase a non intoxicating liquor license
from the city.
The procedure that we have followed in past years was to generate
a list of the tournament dates and present that list ,to the
councilfor license approval. This allows one motion to approve
all licenses rather than to have this item dome before the council
for each of the tournament dates.
Council approval-ol approval-othe license would be effective based upon
proof of the insurance and payment of the $30.00 license fee to
City Clerk Sue WalEh at the time of the issuance of the license to
the tournament committee.
The tournament dates are as follows:
June 5-6-7
June 12-13-14
June 26-27-28
July 17-18-19
July 24-25-26
Request is for one additional date of ,August 1-2,`1992. Council
action preferred.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Move to approve the issuance of temporary on -sale
non intoxicating liquor licenses to the Rosemount Softball
Assocation subject to proof of insurance and payment of license
fee to be used at Erickson Park for additional date of August 1-2,
