At the June 30th Special Council Meeting on the Comprehensive
Guide Plan Update, significant conclusions were made regarding
the Kelly Trust property and the commercial land use locations.
Due to the late hour the City Council did not discuss the
remaining four items that were a part of that agenda.
Therefore, Panning staff is requesting that City Council set a
Special Council Meeting on August 31 1992 at 6:30 p.m. to
complete ,the discussion on the remaining agenda items.
Planning staf also recommends that the City Council set up one
additional mlet
eting on August 24, 1992 at 6:30 p.m. in order to
look at reviions and wrap up any necessary changes before
deciding to a public hearing on the plan.
RECOMMENDED ACTIO MOTION to set Special Council Meetings for
August 3, 1992 and August 24, 1992 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers for the burpose of the Comprehensive Guide Plan Update.
