This item is a requestto authorize attendance of the Fire `Chief and the
Assistant Fire Chief t the 1992 MN State Fire Chief's Fall Conference in
October. This year the conference will be held in Willmar:
Registration fees,, travel expenses and meals for each person should involve
about $450.00. The $900.00 expense for two people to attend has been
budgeted for in Account #101-42210=01-331 and 437.
The $900.00`would 'be maximum expense for the two of us to attend as work
schedules may dictate that it is not possible for both of us to attend all
four days of the conference.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to authorize
the fire department to send two persons to the 1992
MN State Fire Chief's
Fall Conference at an estimated cost of $900.00
with monies to come
from Account #101-42210-01-`331 and 437.
