The City has receive a request from a_resdent on Claret Avenue to hod a
block party on Satur ay, August 29, 1992, from 3:00 pm. to dusk.
Attached is a map indicating the location of the block party and where the
barricades will be placed.
Barricades will be placed at the intersection of Claret Avenue and 156th
Street West. and at the intersection of Claret. Avenue and Cornell Trail
which will prohibit� hru traffic.. in this -area except for emergency
situations.
All the residents on Claret. have .been invited to the party and have signed
a pettionndicatn their approval for this party.

RECOMMENDED ACTION.
Motion to approve he block party .:request on Claret Avenue on
August. 29, 1992 between
the hours of 3:00 p.m .and dusk.
