I recommend that the Council go into an Executive Session to discuss
information on the Hawkin Ponds Project Appeal process.
Council will be provided information in this matter under separate cover.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to adjourn to an Executive Session to discuss Hawkins Pond
litigation.
