CLOSED SESSION MEETING
JUNE 2, 1992
Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof a Closed Session of the
RosemountPort'Authority was duly held on Tuesday, June 2, 1992at
7:20 p.m. in the Council Chamber's lounge of the City Hall, 2875
145th Street West.
Chairperson Dunn called the meeting to order with all members
present, Executive Director Stephan Jilk, and City Attorney Mike
Miles. The purpose was to discuss the negotiations for the purchase
of the Strese Oil property and the filling of the Economic
Development Coordinator position. Member Sinnwell removed himself
because of conflict of interest when the position was discussed.
McMenomy presented information on the Strese appraisal. There was
discussion about options to the Authority for purchasing of the
property.
Executive Director Jilk discussed the candidates that were
interviewed for the EconomicDevelopmentCoordinator position. One
has not yet accepted the City's offer. Further contact is scheduled.
MOTION by Dunn to adjourn. Second by Anderson. Ayes: 6. Nays: 0.
Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m..
