The Port Authority has set a special meeting for April 14, 1992 at 6:30
P.M. for discussion on the following matters:
1) Roles and responsibilities of the Port Authority and its board
members.
2) The relationship between the City Council and the Port Authority.
3) The legal and financial environment in which the Port Authority
operates.
4) The direction the City Council would like the Port Authority to take.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Council prepared to discuss these issues with the Port Authority
members and attend the April 14, 1992, meeting.
