Per Council direction given on March 17, 1992, I have drafted the attached
proposed schedule for meetings with staff, committee/commissions, goal
setting with staff and a town meeting.
The process as outlined, also suggests continuing goal setting and team
building programs into future years.
If this schedule is adopted we will begin the process of developing an
outline for council/staff, , council commissions and council goal setting.
Gathering input from the staff and committees to utilize in our goal
setting is essential and we will draft a process to recommend.
Also, we will want to discuss the possible use of a facilitator in our goal
setting session and the location. Both of these are important items to
consider.
If this schedule is approved we will come back on April 21st with a final
outline to recommend.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to approve the schedule for special council, staff and committee
meetings as outlined in the schedule provided by the City Administrator.
