In November of last year, Council adopted an Administrative Fee
Policy(F-3) to assign costs -of providing administrative services
to each appropriate City fund. These are costs that are normally
paid by the General Fund with no reimbursement from the other
funds. The adoption of this policy allowed this practice to
change. Now all funds will participate in paying "their fair
share" of the costs incurred by the City in its operations. The
amounts for these administrative fees have been included.in the
applicable budgets.
IRECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a motion to authorize Administrative Fee I
transfers for 1992 following guidelines established in City Policy F-3.
