Louie Walsh, owner of Kady's, 14450 South Robert Trail, has gain requested
that his original liquor license application be amended to include liquor
service into the restaurant side of the building. As you know, Mr. Walsh
opened the restaurant side in January, 1992.
City Attorney Mike Miles recommends a public hearing be held to consider
Mr. Walsh's request for expansion of his liquor license.
Based upon my conversations with Mr. Walsh, I believe May 5, 1992 would be
an appropriate time to hold this public hearing.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR MAY 5, 1992, AT
8:00 P.M., OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS POSSIBLE, TO CONSIDER THE EXPANSION
OF THE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR KADY'S.
