The Council approved the agreement for the reconstruction of State
Trunk Highway No. 3 from 160thStreetto Dakota County Highway #42 on
February 18, 1992.
It has come to our attention that the City Council must formally
approve the plans and specifications for this project referred to as
City Project No. 226, State Project No. 1921-45 (T.H.3).
It is Staffs recommendation to adopt a resolution approving the plans
and specifications for S.P. No. 1921-45, City Project 226.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLU'T'ION APPROVING THE PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF STATE TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 3
FROM 160TH STREET TO DAKOTA COUNTY HIGHWAY #42, S.P. NO. 1921-45, CITY
PROJECT NO. 226.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
STATE TRUNK HIGHWAY #3 RECONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT 226
STATE PROJECT NO. 1921-45
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has entered into an
agreement with the State of Minnesota approving of the reconstruction of State
Trunk Highway #3 from 160th Street to Dakota County Highway #42 on
February 18, 1992, and;
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota is requesting a formal approval of their final
plans and specifications for the reconstruction project, State Project No. 1921-
45, and such plans and specifications have been presented to this Council for
approval:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rosemount, Minnesota:
1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved and ordered placed on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1992.
