This allows for the contractor licensing fee to be set by the adoption of the annual schedule of rates and fee resolution. RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT ORDINACE NO. XVI.23, AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 1, PERTAINING TO LICENSES REQUIRED; FEE; EXPIRATION COUNCIL ACTION: J ORDINANCE NO. XVI.23 CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 1, PERTAINING TO LICENSES REQUIRED; FEE; EXPIRATION The City Council of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota, ordains as follows: Section 1: Title 3, Chapter 4, Section 1 of the Rosemount City Code is amended to read as follows: 3-4-1: LICENSES REQUIRED; FEE; EXPIRATION: Before any person shall engage in any of the following businesses within the City, he shall obtain a license as provided herein: L. Any person required to be licensed by Minnesota Statues, chapter 326 for residential remodeling or general construction shall be exempt from the City licensing requirements of this Section. (Ord. XVI.22, 12-17-91) Such licenses shall be issued by the City Clerk after approval of the City Council. The fee for each such license and renewal shall be based on the annual schedule of rates and fee resolution as adopted by the City Council. Section 2: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. Adopted this 15th day of December, 1992. ATTEST: Susan M.
