The Engineering Intern position currently filled by Mr. Rich Lonnquist
was previously approved through the end of budget year 1992..
I have budgeted 1,200 hours of intern employment for 1993. It is my
recommendation, at this time, that we extend Mr. Lonnquists employment
in the intern position for up to sixty days into 1993. This should
provide the time necessary for Council and I to discuss Staffing plans
and reach conclusions on our approach.
I would propose the same rate of compensation for this extended
period.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE THE CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT OF
RICH LONNQUIST AS THE ENGINEERING INTERN FOR UP TO 60 DAYS IN 1993.
