Ordinance B, City of Rosemount Zoning Ordinance
Text Amendments
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City Council -Of the City of Rosemount
will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 1991 in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, beginning at
8:Oo p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on a proposed
text amendment to Ordinance B, City of Rosemount Zoning Ordinance
and Ordinance XVII.4., City of Rosemount Subdivision Ordinance.
The City Council will consider additions and clarifications to the
Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances including but not limited to the
following:
Definition additions or clarifications describing Lot
Depth, Lot Line -Rear and Lot Width;
Specification of Corner Lot minimum area standard;
Increasing the minimum spacing standard for offset
intersections;
Requirement of percolation tests for subdivision
platting;
Revision of appeal procedures for variances, Site Plan
Review and Zoning Ordinance Interpretation to achieve
consistent procedures;
Addition of a requirement for a public hearing for PUD
Amendments and Mining permit requests and renewals;
Addition of a definition describing security fence;
Increasing the maximum allowable height for fencing in
General industrial and Waste Management districts;
Allowance for barbed wire fencing in Agricultural,
Rural Residential; and General industrial districts
with bonding requirements for barbed wire fences
exceeding 48 inches in height.
Persons wishing to speak on these proposed amendments are i vo eas
to attend this meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 1992 at 8:00 P.M.

are on file with the City Clerk.
