WALSH AGENDA VEM # 6 ATTACMIENTS: NONE APPROVED BY:r v On April 21, 1992 the owner of Kady's pleaded guilty to a criminal charge in Ramsey County. Since the sentence he receives for this offense could affect Kady's liquor license, it is myrecommendation the public hearing be continued until after Mr. Walsh's sentencing date. His sentencing is scheduled for June 18, 1992. I have discussed this proposed action with Mr. Walsh, and he agreed to continue the hearing. I would, therefore, request that after the public hearing is opened the Council consider continuing the hearing. RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO CONTINUE THE PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE EXTENSION OF KADY'S LIQUOR LICENSE TO JULY 7, 1992, AT 8:00 P.M. COUNCIL ACTION:
