ANIMAL CONTROL CONTRACT
The Agreement between the City of Rosemount and our Animal Warden, Greg
Goldsworthy, needs to be renewed. The only significant change in the
Agreement is that Mr. Goldsworthy will be providing his own liability
insurance for animal control services. This insurance'', will name the City
of Rosemount as the Certificate Holder.
The total cost for Mr. Goldsworthy's services is $7,500.00 for the year of
1993. This is a savings of $200.00 compared to the 1992 Agreement.

WHEREAS, Rosemount has requested and G's Animal Control has
accepted the responsibility for providing animal control; services within
the City of Rosemount, it is mutually agreed by the City of Rosemount
and G's Animal Control hereto as follows:
1. G's Animal Control will provide animal control services for
dogs and cats. These services include picking up and transporting
stray animals to the designated animal pound,', and providing
assistance in investigations into animal complaint's and licensing.
2. G's Animal Control agrees to provide and pay for liability
insurance wherein the City of Rosemount shall be listed as the
Certificate Holder. Limits of coverage no less than $500,000.00
CSL (Combined Single Limit).
3. The City of Rosemount agrees to pay G's Animal Control a
monthly fee of $625.00 for a twelve (12) month period beginning
January 1, 1993 to December 31, 1993 for services and conditions as
mentioned in Paragraphs 1 and 2 above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement
on the day and year first written above.
