The City Council has established December 16, 1992 as the 1992 "Town Hall"
meeting date. In order to establish a quality opportunity for
communication with the general public. I have reviewed past Town Hall
meeting agendas/programs and would recommend the following for preparation
and agenda for that evening.
I. Preparation - Utilize Rosemount Town Pages, Thisweek, and
Current papers for advertisement of the meeting.
Letters of invitation to State, County, School
District, private school officials, City
Commissions, and City staff including the fire
department.
- Letters of invitation to past Mayors.
Letters of invitation to University of.Minnesota
and National Guard officials.
- Letters of invitation to "Ad Hoc" committees.
- Prepare agenda.

Welcome Mayor McMenomy
Purpose of the meeting
Review of current goals established by Council
Closing comments by Mayor
