This is a recommendation to go into closed session to 4iscuss the
McDonough/Sunrise Builders litigation. Mr. Kent Harbison, special attorney
for the City in this matter will be present to discuss the case with the
Council.
At this same time I wish to have discussion on both proposals from both
Police (LELS) and Public Works (Teamsters 320) Unions.These Unions have
both provided me with their demands for 1993 wages and benefits and I wish
to have the Council's feedback on the proposals before I meet with them
again.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS
PENDING LITIGATION ON THE MCDONOUGH/SUNRISE
BUILDERS CASE AND UNION NEGOTIATION DISCUSSION
