In our efforts to fill the Engineering Intern position, the University
of Minnesota School of Engineering was contacted, as well as a person
who served as an intern for us last summer.
After considering the two people that expressed an interests we have
made a decision to offer the position to Rich Lonnquist upon Councils
concurrence.
Mr. Lonnquist did work in this capacity for us last summer and his
work was very satisfactory. With another year of training, Mr.`
Lonnquist should be more versatile this summer.
This position has been budgeted for through December 31, 1992. It may
be considered again during the budget process for 1993,,however that
process has just begun.
Mr. Lonnquist has been informed of the term of employment being
offered and indicates his understanding
