In 'conjunction with Leprechaun Days events the Rosemount VFW and the
Rosemount Jaycees have submitted applications for selling liquor or beer.
The Rosemount VFW wants to sell liquor in its parking lot during the
tractor pull on July 26, 1992
The Rosemount Jaycees want to sell beer during its street dance at the city
hall parking lot on July 18, 1992.
Both organizations have paid the appropriate application fees.
_Both organizations are in the process of obtaining their dram shop
insurance. It is my recommendation that Council consider approving these
licenses subject to the city receiving the required liquor liability
insurance certificates.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:MOTION TO APPROVE A TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
ROSEMOUNT VFW FOR JULY 26, 1992 AND TO APPROVE TEMPORARY 3.2%r BEER
LICENSE FOR ROSEMOUNT JAYCEES FOR JULY 18, 1992 SUBJECT TO THE APPLICANTS
PROVIDING LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE TO THE CITY.
