a. Compensation Review - Process to Follow Cy Smythe of Labor
Relations, Inc. presented information regarding the city's pay equity
program. Council authorized staff to put together a work program for
Mr. Smythe to prepare a compensation proposal for council's review.
b. Employee Salary and Benefits Freeze Consideration - Motion to freeze
salaries failed.
c. O'Leary's Hills Fifth Addition Final Plat - Approved
d. O'Leary's Hills Fifth Addition Rezoning Petition - Approved
e. Hampton Development Corp. Lot Split (Shannon Pond PUD) - Approved lot
split and condemnation proceedings to acquire public roadways.
f. Fischer Avenue Maintenance Agreement with Nininger Township - Staff to
revise agreement and bring back recommendations.

a. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Background - Approved
b. Dakota county Capital Improvements - Akron Avenue - Approved with the
understanding that funding from other sources other than assessments
will be used.
c. Town Hall Meeting 192 - Approved
d. 126th Street/Biscayne Avenue Discussion - City Engineer to update
council on conditions in spring.
e. Flood Plain Ordinance - Authorized the planning department to obtain
quotes from consultants to update ordinance.
