The Amberwood Subdivision Plat was approved in August of 1991 with
construction of a City street called Deepwoods Court following later
that fall.
At this time, the streets and drainage facilities have been completed
per specifications and the requirements of City Staff. Therefore,
Staff recommends the City accept the Amberwood street named Deepwoods
Court and perform perpetual maintenance of such street.
A two year warranty period will start this day, November 3, 1992, and
the developer will be held responsible for any necessary repairs to
the street and drainage facilities for this two year period.
RECONIlUMED ACTION: MOTION TO ACCEPT THE STREETS OF AMBERWOOD ESTATES
FOR PERPETUAL MAINTENANCE.
