Gregg Bakker, 3418 - 131st Street West, has applied for renewal of his
residential kennel permit.
If approved by Council, the kennel permit will be from April 1, 1992 to
March 31, 1993.
Building Inspector Paul Heimkes inspected the kennel last week and found
the kennel to be a safe and healthy environment for the dogs. Mr. Bakker
constructed a six foot wood privacy fence around the kennel area.
Animal Warden Greg Goldsworthy has, not received any dog barking complaints
since Council approved his last kennel permit in August, 1992.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ISSUE A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL PERMIT TO GREGG
BAKKER.
