At the last City Council meeting I informed you that I would be
bringing the final draft of the Storm Water Utility policy and
ordinance to you at the March 2, 1992 meeting for your review and
adoption. However, the Utility Commission met in special meeting on
February 26, 1992 and reviewed my final draft and identified other
corrections and changes they felt necessary before adoption.
The changes identified do not in anyway affect the final rates or
applications to parcels. They are intended to more clearly identify
how we arrived at the current rates, a section for definitions and
some more tables/charts in the appendix to show examples of expenses
and revenues.
The new final draft will be presented to the Utility Commission at
their regular meeting on March 9, 1992. Upon their approval on the
9th it will be presented to Council on March 17, 1992.
