The State's first Presidential Primary in 36 years is scheduled for
Tuesday, April 7, 1992. Since our City Council meets on this election day,
we are required by law to change our City Council starting time to 8:00
p.m.
Independent School District 196 will be conducting school board elections
on May 19, 1992. Because of this election, we must also change the
starting time of our City Council meeting on this date to 8:00 p.m.
RECODIlUMED ACTION: MOTION TO CHANGE THE STARTING TIMES OF THE APRIL 7,
1992 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AND THE MAY 19, 1992 CITY COUNCIL MEETING TO
