Informal quotes were requested of vendors for servicing our parks system
with portable toilets for the year of 1992. The service would be from mid-
March for a twelve (12) month period.
Six letters were sent out with four vendors responding.
The following are the price quotes received:
WMI (waste Management) $ 43.00 per week
BIFFS 44.00 per week
BFI 45.00 per week
ON-SITE SANITATION 59.00 per week
Note: This is for basic weekly services.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to approve the portable toilet services for the Parks &
Recreation Department to WMI"for the 1992 service year. Expenditure
will come from Account #101-45100-01-415.1.
