The "Draft" before you was modified to clarify many issues identified in discussions with the Utility Commission and Council. However, the rates in the policy are the rates you agreed to and were not altered. Utility Commission recommends adoption of the ordinance approving of the Storm Water Utility Policy. Please bring the copy of the "Storm Water Utility Policy" you received at the Special meeting on March 10, 1992. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to adopt Ordinance No. XI.18, AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A STORM WATER UTILITY, RATES TO BE CHARGED AND THE ADMINISTRATION THEREOF. COUNCIL ACTION: 1
