The Port Authority has initiated a quick -take condemnation of the Strese
Oil property. Lee Smith and Shawn Moynihan will be present to discuss
settlement of purchase price with you.
As litigation is pending, a closed session is recommended.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to meet in closed session to discuss Strese litigation.
