CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
AUGUST 4, 1992
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Closed Executive
Session of the Rosemount Port Authority was duly held on Tuesday,
August 4, 1992 at 6:15 p.m. in the Council Lounge of the City
Hall, 2875 - 145th Street West.
Acting Chairperson Edwards called the session to order with
Commissioners Mawe, Anderson, Wippermann, McMenomy, and Sinnwell
present. Also present were Executive Director Jilk and City
Attorney Miles.
The purpose of the closed session was to discuss the appraisals
of the Highway 3 businesses adjacent to the Armory site
MOTION by Sinnwell to accept the appraisals of the businesses
adjacent to the Armory site on Highway 3 and not to pursue any
further appraisals of these properties. SECOND by McMenomy.
Ayes: Wippermann, Anderson, Edwards, Mawe, Sinnwell, McMenomy.
Nays: 0.
MOTION by Sinnwell to close the Executive Session. SECOND by
Anderson. Ayes: 6. Nays: 0. The meeting adjourned at 6:33
p.m.
