At the Port Authority's August 4 meeting, Commissioner Sinnwell asked the
attorney to research the ability of the Rosemount Port Authority to condemn
railroad property if it is not being used for transportation purposes.
Mike Miles, the Port Authority's legal counsel will present a verbal report
of his findings.
