SUBJECT: Time Frame For Rosemount Senior Site Acquisition,
Relocation, and Demolition Preliminary Budget
As you requested, I have put together a time frame for gathering
information for a preliminary budget for senior site acquisition,
relocation and demolition.
Assuming I will be able get in touch with all property owners and
arrange individual meetings, I am proposing the following time
line:
November 25, 1992 Letter sent for initial contact with each
property owner and tenant in designated
area
December 11, 1992 Meet with residents individually and
confirm interest in selling
December 18, 1992 Determine preliminary cost estimate
associated with acquisition and relocation
and demolition
Please let me know if there are any issues or concerns regarding
this time frame.
