NOW, THEREFORE SE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby' approves and adopts the one and three year economic development plans as recommended by the Star City Committee. 2. It further declares that those properties with two or more accesses to two streets must be notified by letter that they may be assessed for improvements to two streets. This letter serves as this notification. You have two options at this time, for City Project No. 206 described as follows: 1. Ask that the driveway accessing the proposed improved street be eliminated. This would eliminate your assessments for the proposed project, but would also eliminate any future driveway access to the improved street. 2. Ask that the driveway remain in place. As part of the proposed improvement, a driveway will be constructed to the right-of-way/property line of similar materials to what is currently in place. The property owner will be levied an assessment for the street improvement per City policy. The City requests that the property owner's decision be put in writing and directed to the City Engineer's office. Please respond in writing prior to May 18, 1992.
